I had a major hardware issue with a custom PC and Sean walked me through every step from beginning to end in order to set up the entire system to be as user friendly as possible. The biggest issue with the tower ended up being a relatively simple fix but in the meantime, he was able to guide me into Windows 11 as well as swapping boot drives in order for performance to improve drastically. I was contacted immediately after I input my problem. Work was started immediately to clean up my PC and eliminate viruses and a Trojan Horse. An antivirus program was installed and my questions were answered. The work was finished late on a Sunday night.

I had a Facebook issue that I thought might be the result of malware. Shawn responded quickly to my request for troubleshooting assistance. He was very pleasant to work with, and he was prompt at calling me at our scheduled appointment time. After confirming the issues I was having, Shawn did a thorough check of my computer in an effort to locate potential issues. After running several different virus checks, and then trying a couple of additional s/w tools that were not familiar to me, Shawn located a DNS Hijacker program and removed it. (At this moment, it does not look like the Hijacker program was related to the Facebook issue. However, I'm glad that Shawn removed it from my computer, because who knows what it was doing?) Shawn also helped me locate some alternate ways to contact FB, since the standard way provided by FB did not work for me. I will be attempting to contact FB using the alternate ways Shawn was able to find. I would definitely use Shawn again. (But I'm hoping I won't have to.)

Very genuine guy who seriously knows what he is doing and if you have a gaming pc he can hook you up for sure he games himself a bit. I have had other tech guys tell me my gaming pc was too complicated to work on and they just do laptops and basic desktops but this guy sat on the computer with me for over 2 hours an charged me way less then I thought he would. I had a problem with my computer's sound that I thought couldn't be solved. I was considering buying a new computer, but my husband suggested I try a repairman first. I found computer repairmen on Thumbtack. The first person who called gave up without trying saying he could not fix my problem. He recommended that I upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 as it was more stable, and he expressed confidence that he could fix the sound problem by downloading Windows 11. I was skeptical but decided to let him try. Despite having another customer, he spent several hours working on the issue and didn't give up. Finally, he found a sound solution and I was overjoyed! I saved hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.
