I wish there were more than 5 stars because working with PrecisionalT4U was the most pleasant experience. Shawn is so knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Even though there was some work needed to fix my issue, he certainly proved he knows what to do and how to get the job done. I am so thankful I chose PrecisionalT4U and if needed, will definitely contact him again.

Spent four to five hours to upgrade to Windows 11 and get sound through my sound device That never got fixed. I feel that working remotely is not the answer. Spent $200 dollars not completely satisfied. Very polite and professional though

Shawn was very informative about what was going on. He did everything possible to get my data back. He even tried older recovery software to cure the problem.The problem ended up being a bad hard drive. I will definitely use his service again if the need ever arises again.

He not only walked me through steps of getting old drive out after realizing it was defective, but also took time to help update my wife's computer and clear out several years of built up "junk" that helped her computer work more efficiently. From advice on product and best options for a replacement digital drive to walking me through all the processes, Shawn was very patient and understanding. I had a major hardware issue with a custom PC and Sean walked me through every step from beginning to end in order to set up the entire system to be as user friendly as possible. The biggest issue with the tower ended up being a relatively simple fix but in the meantime, he was able to guide me into Windows 11 as well as swapping boot drives in order for performance to improve drastically. I was contacted immediately after I input my problem. Work was started immediately to clean up my PC and eliminate viruses and a Trojan Horse. An antivirus program was installed and my questions were answered. The work was finished late on a Sunday night.

I had a Facebook issue that I thought might be the result of malware. Shawn responded quickly to my request for troubleshooting assistance. He was very pleasant to work with, and he was prompt at calling me at our scheduled appointment time. After confirming the issues I was having, Shawn did a thorough check of my computer in an effort to locate potential issues. After running several different virus checks, and then trying a couple of additional s/w tools that were not familiar to me, Shawn located a DNS Hijacker program and removed it. (At this moment, it does not look like the Hijacker program was related to the Facebook issue. However, I'm glad that Shawn removed it from my computer, because who knows what it was doing?) Shawn also helped me locate some alternate ways to contact FB, since the standard way provided by FB did not work for me. I will be attempting to contact FB using the alternate ways Shawn was able to find. I would definitely use Shawn again. (But I'm hoping I won't have to.)

Very genuine guy who seriously knows what he is doing and if you have a gaming pc he can hook you up for sure he games himself a bit. I have had other tech guys tell me my gaming pc was too complicated to work on and they just do laptops and basic desktops but this guy sat on the computer with me for over 2 hours an charged me way less then I thought he would. Sean was wonderful. I didn't feel like he was being condescending to me, which is a huge thing on whether I will work with/for someone or not. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional, but not so much I felt intimidated, or unheard. He also texted me yesterday and wished me a Happy Mother's Day which I felt was way up and beyond what was expected. I would 100% recommend him to others.
